I noticed a strange check number (6 digits) on my bank statement in the amount of $29.85.  The image had my name, but with the wrong address and in the signature area it had what looked like a stamp that stated no signature required.  It was payabe to Platinum World Group and cashed through Bank of America.

Upon searching the internet for information on the company I found Ripoff Report website and others that had experienced the same thing.  The common thread being online mortgage payments through CENLAR or loanadministration.com.

I will be calling my bank first thing in the morning, as well as CENLAR in the hopes of not having to close my account as I have had my accounts with the same bank for over 15 years and just refinanced my mortgage and am no longer with CENLAR.
