Platium Benefits Group said they were from my bank and have not recived card and they charge me for it and still want to charge me for card i dont have yet and wont refund my money 129.95 ripoff Clearwater Florida

I am 18 years old i had just opened and account at a bank and used my cell phone number . I had just left the bank and I recived a phone call saying that it was from my bank and that they had a platium card for me they asked me some information and i gave it to them. the next thing i know is that i tried to use my bank card to get me something to eat and it was declined couldn't figure out why I know i had the money in the bank.

So when i went to the bank they told me that my check that i wrote to the electric company bounced and that i had a 129.95 charge to my account and that this company wont pay it back to me and i dont have my card and they still want to charge my bank account money. now they wont answer any of my phone calls. So i can cancel my card and member ship
