PLATIUM SERVICES PLATIUM SERVICES this company went into my bank account and withdrawal an unauthorized transaction of 99.95 from my accoount Internet

wow i called my bank to check my balanced to see if my check cleared and was shock to find out a platium services had made an unauthorized transation of 99.95 from my bank account.

the money i had in my account was for a bill that is already past due. i it would have left me a little extra for gas and the hollidays, but they took the money without conformation.

sunday december 19th was the day i called my bank and noticed the transation that i unaware of.

so i had to wait to the following business day to try to talk to someone. when i finally spoke to a lady on the phone after being hung up on 2x, burnernt or somthing in that range im not so sure because she talk so low n fast i couldnt barly understand anything was said but gave me a bogas response as i was to comfirm threw an email.

the lady i spoke to the first time told me that the membership was under a different email and she asked to confirm my email and like a idiot i gave her the correct email address.

i think this company needs to b stoped. they dont realize that takin a large portion of money from someone account after going threw hell to get it money replaced u acured time over draft fees headaches bounce checks and i have lost the christmas spirit.
