Complaint Review: Plaxo
Plaxo charged credit card, didn't reply to emails or phone calls Sunnyvale, California
Prior to 30 days, I cancelled the account, yet was charged $79.99 on January 24th.
I left a voicemail in a generic inbox and received no response.
I emailed and received automated responses.
Finally, I received this email:
As per our records, the Plaxo online account registered with the email address XXXemail@example.com was deleted on 04th February, 2013.
Once an account is deleted your address book records stored in our server are also deleted and all subscriptions canceled. Since you have already deleted the account, we would not be able to process the request for refund. Once an account is deleted, all information is deleted from Plaxo.
