Play To Win Sports What kind of professional Company responds by labeling people as "horses" and saying people don't have a mind of their own!!! Aliso Viejo California

First of all, I just have one question for Play To Win Sports about the facts they supposedly provide. What percentage of employees that you have actually get their deposit back??? Also, I would venture to say that their are several other people who are unaware of this sight who are in the same situation as the ones who have filed complaints on here. And I am sure there will be more complaints in the future, and I doubt all of these people are making up the same complaints and they are all false.

I am not a horse that can be lead to deceiving water twice, and I am sure the other person who complained does have a mind of their own. What I mean by that is after my original "taped contract" was supposedly up (a contract that I have never heard, and was told I would have to send money to get a copy of and which conveniently seems to leave out questions i asked) I was never given another option and never said I didn't have time to continue working. I was only told "I will ask the owner of the company if we can work out a new deal for you to order some more flyers and work it out."

I was lead to that water once, and would not do it again, so I politely asked them to please understand my confusion and refund my money because I had worked hard and earned what I thought I had or I would complain to someone. I was abruptly told, if you complain to anyone we will no longer help you at all. This is the last conversation, I had, a conversation in which I was never given a sensible option.

Let me give some real facts for people in the future. I did work for Play To Win Sports for seven months and I did receive paychecks for SIX of the months. I was never given a paycheck for the seventh month, which had I been given, I would have fulfilled the contract obligations they explained. These contractual obligations were clarified and the misleading requirements were explained as they wanted them after the sixth month not at the beginning. But anyway, I would have fulfilled these requirements if they would have paid me for July 2003, which what a surprise they did not.

All the contract says is you must work for six consecutive months which means if I worked from february to july, that is six months. But like I said I was never paid for july. And I can prove I was supposed to be paid, since the people that joined under my account show they were charged. Anyway, I have talked enough. I do not lie, I am just trying to get back what I deserve.

To people who may consider working for this company in the future. You can take what you may from these complaints. But this company is listed as an Unsatisfactory company with the BBB, with complaints starting in Oct. 1999 to the present. I am an honest person who was just trying to earn a little extra money, and now I am out a lot. I hope others realize the deception before it is too late, and stay away from a supposed "professional business" that responds by labeling people as mindless and liers instead of responding with facts.
