We are glad that we did not work with this person. He obviously does not have a mind of his own and is a blind follower. Instead of understanding that there are two sides of a story he assumed that these complaints are accurate. A wise person would say, "I noticed some complaints about your company, can you please help me understand why?" Our country would never do business with the post office if we judged them because of some crazy disgruntled employees/complaints. We are not in "bad" standing with the BBB. The only reason we have an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB is because not all people that complained were happy with our response. That does not mean that we are a bad company and doing something wrong or illegal, it means that we are fair and will not let people bully us around. We do have the proper licensing and we are not headquartered in Nevada. We have learned that you cannot believe everything you read and hear. All we do is provide facts and not make up stories or distort the facts.
