Playerauctions Itemmania Did not refund insurance upon reclamation Internet

On January 10th I purchased an account utilizing Playerauctions.com. When purchasing this account, I also purchased reclamation insurance. This reclamation insurance, in the case the account is obtained by the previous owners, is intended to refund the purchase amount and get the account banned. I was not told, in any form, that I was supposed to gather information from the publisher stating the account was re-acquired by the previous owner and that the insurance would not apply if I was not able to show proof the publisher had said these words. Now, Playerauctions.com will not refund my purchase even though the account was obviously reclamed as I no longer have access. Playerauctions.com is therefore responsible to determine if the account was reclamed by the previous owner and provide such evidence and return my purchase. I have since sent them evidence of my talks with the publisher, not able to get any information from them and also informed playerauctions that I will be submitting a small claims suit against their parent company, should they not comply.
