On Sunday June 20, 2004, I was approached by Playtime magazine at the Los Angeles Erotic Expo. I spoke with David Brandt the magazines Senior Photographer, about doing a photo shoot for the magazine. I contacted David Brandt by email and by phone, David insisted I would have to visit the magazines headquarters in Phoenix Arizona for paperwork and to do the shoot. I was already scheduled to fly to Honolulu. I made it clear to David Brandt I would change my plans, pay my own travel and accommodations if

1. I am guaranteed a cover

2. a link from your website to mine for a minimum of a year

3. about 10 free copies of the issue

4. I am a Playtime feature entertainer at the local clubs

5.a Cd of the photos, {no touch ups}

I will post 1-3 on my website for promotion use only

In return I will

1. promo, release announcement on my front cover page for a minimum of one month

2. photographer or magazine credit at the bottom of the 1-3 photos I post on my site

3. a link to your website in my links section indefinitely

4. make appearances at the local clubs promoting the magazine

David Brandt told me his supervisors agreed with the terms and to come to Phoenix. I arrived in Phoenix Saturday June 26, 2004 and spoke with David Brandt the next day, Sunday. David told me I was scheduled to make appear at the Alaskan Bush Company in Phoenix and The Bunny Ranch in Tuscan.

When I arrived at the Alaskan Bush Company, the manager did not know who I was. I called the Bunny Ranch in Tuscan and spoke to manger Lynn, she was unaware of who I was. I met with David Brandt the next day on Monday June 28, 2004. David told me he was still working out the details but was planning on doing the shoot in 4 more days, Friday July 2, 2004.

David Brandt told me I would appear on the August or November issue. He showed me 2-3 different types of layouts and pitched the idea of me wearing knee high boots. David Brandt told me he would have more information tomorrow. Three days passed with no word from David Brandt.

I called Playtime magazine headquarters and spoke with Dax, Art Creator. Mr. Dax told me he had never herd of me. He asked me to meet with him or the owner of the magazine so we could clear up this misunderstanding.
When I arrived at Playtime magazine, David Brandt spoke to me. I did not speak with the owner of the magazine or with Mr. Dax. David Brandt told me he was unable to get an approval for the magazine cover but he was lucky to get me a small shoot for inside the magazine.
I rejected the offer since this was not what I agreed to.

David Brandt continued trying to justify himself and convince me that the cover of the magazine was meaningless and unimportant. I did not receive any of the promised terms and I spent $500 dollars of my own money for phone, gas, hotel, and meals.
