Plentyoffish.com wrongful termination of my profile after female soliticited me for work in her home and controversy developed. Raleigh Area Internet

I saw a similar report as mine on Ripoff Report, which encouraged me to share mine as well.Plentyoffish deleted my profile after I was corresponding through their site with a female in my local area (Raleigh NC). This female started asking me early on about what I did for a living etc, which is a normal thing to do.

After I told her, then she started asking me technical questions about her house electrical system. After a few correspondences of this nature it became evident that she was only interested in someone to solve her electrical problems at no cost to her, yet she was trying to use her womanly wiles to achieve that end. When I pointed that out to her she became very malicious in her correspondence to me. I was very careful to not say anything illegal or slanderous.

She reported me through their site as being harrassing or whatever term they use. Plentyoffish instead of investigating the e-mails took her word over mine and deleted my profile and banned me from their site. It seems that women on plentyoffish do not have to be held to any standards of decency and truthfulness while men are expected to toe the line or suffer the consequences of any bogus charges a woman may level against them.

I tried to contact plentyoffish management, but to no avail. Also, the owner seemed to be well insulated from any contact. I went to other public forums and challenged him personally to a debate on the issue. I never received any response as I don't know if he ever found out about my postings trying to contact him. It is not so much the actual event of being banned as it is about fairness in plentyoffish's dealings with the public and taking a female's word over the word of a male in their rank and file.

Women seem to have the upper hand in any of their nefarious dealings with men on plentyoffish's site. Exposing plentyoffish's foul play in a public forum such as this is the only way I know to combat their unfair and perhaps illegal dealings with males in thier membership.

I have since moved on to other sites and have been much more successful and satisfied than with plentyoffish. I appreciate Ripoff Report and the service they provide to help rid the world of scumbag entities ...or at least lessen their impact on the unsuspecting public.
