Initially, when I began with Plexus Wireless, it seemed like they were a company based on selling wireless devices, rather than the commissions generated by signing up people under you. As I now realize, that was simply a ploy to throw the Federal Trade Commission off their trail, as MLMs are very closely regulated.

Consequently, I am filing a complaint with them as well which will hopefully lead to an investiagtion of the company. Anyway, I took their products and sold more per week than the entire company combined. They liked this, more accurately the CEO Jim Goble liked this, though he knew that T-Mobile (whose products he was slinging) had strict regulations and I wasn't following them.

Unwilling to give up the big numbers I was putting down, Jim told me what to do in order to violate the T-Mobile policy without getting caught. I did it. There were several times I was called and told to get rid of all my listings immediately, often being forced to take the blame for that which he was clearly involved in, and I was told not to discuss the plan via email. So basically, he got the money and I got the blame and he wanted no record of our conversations.

After some time, the commission structure changed, and I was no longer going to be getting paid the monthly residual on the phones I sold. This residual was supposed to last 2 years, and I sold 168 phones under these terms. This totaled about $4,200 in commissions that they said I was no longer entitled to because they changed the commission structure.

I brought my discontent to Bill Brooksher, the President, and was told basically to get over it. I then told the director of customer service that I was looking into a lawsuit and promptly got a call back from Jim Goble, who again would not discuss it through email, but called me on his personal cell phone and agreed to pay the commission. I got that commission on my check for several months after that. Now, among other commissions, they are claiming they don't owe it to me.

At the end of November, I was called on a Saturday evening by Jim Goble on his cell phone, who again blamed me for completely violating the policies according to T-Mobile's regulations. I guess I don't need to mention how obtrusive it was for him to think that he could disturb me as I was spening time with my three children on a Saturday evening. I thought the man was either mad, senile or drunk because he was denying any knowledge of my sales techniques even though he had personally worked with me to structure it.

Now I realize that this was his way of avoiding responsibility for the entire plan which put alot of money in his pocket, but in the end cost him nothing to get away with. I now realize why he called me outside of regular business hours from a private line and told me to get rid of everything I was doing, which cost me $700 of my own money to set up.

It was at that moment the lies and manipulation of this company finally became clear to me, but it was too late. I thought that if I was authorized by the CEO to do something, even though I had to be "careful" that they knew what they were doing. Now I see that I was a patsy.

Apparently, Jim and Bill decided that I was getting paid too much for my services. So, after Jim demanded that I stop selling according to my methods, and disallowing me to sell according to our verbal agreement, he turned around and opened to use the same methods that he constructed with me, using my proprietary information and experience yet now cutting me out of the picture. He is still in violation of T-Mobile policies, but is hiding under the new name to get under the radar in hopes that T-Mobile won't link thewirelesskings with Plexus Wireless.

Finally, in addition to the residual which they will not pay me, Plexus Wireless is refusing to pay me the last $1300 of my commissions, stating that it has been absorbed by the fees that I am to pay for 7 customer's breach of contracts at $449 each. This would be the equivalent of making a car salesman pay back 6.5 times his commissions if somebody he sold a car to stopped making payments.

Not only is this a new, arbitrary policy to deny me my money, but it is ridiculous even in theory. In the 10 months that I have worked with Plexus, this $449 charge has never been written in their policy, nor charged to me when a customer has been canceled, nor discussed at any time. This is clearly made up for my situation alone, and is not being charged to any other rep.

Over the last 10 months, I have watched Plexus Wireless go from a great commission structure based on the sales of honest, decent products provided by T-Mobile to one based primarily on the pyramid effect of signing people up under you in hopes to make money off the downline through signups.

The products are are just the facade to hide their scheme behind. After T-Mobile became more and more strict, and their sneaky behavior was becoming less and less profitable, they introduced Plexus Pink, which sells breast check kits for detecting cancer. Good idea, which can be purchased for $5 online. They sell theirs for $60 promising rebates. I don't personally think this company will be around to honor the rebates.

They have now gone on an auto ship program whereby reps have to purchase breast check kits to stay in active status. I have watched them pay their independent reps less and less while requiring more effort and money from them. They do this by promising wealth and continuing to promote some dream that they know their system doesn't deliver. I don't believe that anybody would have made a plan to sell wireless products and breast check kits, but that this happened due to the financial struggle of making this company go.

Bill Brooksher has refered to the majority of people who will pay the $199 to $499 to sign up to be a part of his company as "sheeple". Though his tongue drips the words or promise, help, good, and wealth on the conference calls, his true attitude is reflectant only by what money he can take out of the pockets of the stupid masses.

Please beware of this company, and these men.
