I ordered an eBook from http://pualib.com/. This is a book on NLP. I had never visited this website before I did a google search for the book on the internet.
I must say I was surprised but happy to find the book online as it is out of print. However, I wish I had come here first to check the company out. Plimus was the payment conduit that http://pualib.com/ used.
Plimus took my credit card, and charged it. They never sent me a email to confirm my order but they charged my credit card. On the order page they gave a link where the customer could go and download the eBook. What a SCAM. The book was over 200 pages and only about 30 pages were viewable. Not downloaded mind you just viewed on my computer. And those pages and text were in shoddy condition. It looked as if someone made very poor copies from the book itself.
So use caution when doing any business with Plimus and or the website http://pualib.com/.

I retract my complaint. The company fixed the problem.

I was contacted by pualib.com, which is The Pick Up Artist website and the problem was fixed. I would like to say that pualib.com, and The Pick Up Artist website took my complaint VERY SERIOUS and then they made EVERY ATTEMPT to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate that.
I should have waited to see if the company would notify me before I made the complaint but I was so upset that my credit information had been taken and I had not (at that point) received any merchandise.
So I retract my complaint about this company and Plimus and I would certainly use them again.
So let me reiterate that The Pick Up Artist / pualib.com are an upstanding business and I would recommend them, and do business with them again.
