Edward Louis Toomey in business again?

Ed is a preditor and will think nothing of leaving you with a mess to clean up. At least that is what he did to me. He failed to pull permits and has left me with a big mess to clean up and a loss of thousands of dollars.

Avoid doing business with him at all cost. Use Angie's List and find a reputable contractor.
