I should have known not to trust a company who cold called a person on the nationwide Do Not Call list, and also did so before 8am on a Saturday or Sunday. However, after I yelled at him for calling so early on the weekend, he explained his product. Coincidentally we were having septic issues. The caller told me they would send the product for free to try. I figured it couldn't hurt, and the company is located about 30 minutes north of me, so I OKed it, but refused to give my credit card info.

We received the product, put it in our tanks, and never reaped any new reward. We were still having issues, and the caller had said we would see results. Before our trial period was over, I began receiving harassing phone calls for payment. I opted to send the product back. This in itself was a problem as the caller had told me the trial was 90 days, yet the office collectors told me it was only 30 and that is why they were trying to collect payment. I had to write a long letter and call and talk to management. They conceded to honor the 90 trial, claiming that over zealous sales associates misunderstanding the promotion.

I sent the package back, well over a year ago and never heard from them again. One would assume that the harassing phone calls would have continued if they had not received the return package.

It has now been over a year since I returned the package. My correspondence to them has been erased off of my computer. I am uncertain where the receipt is for proof of a returned package. And they have chosen to wait over 12 months to falsely claim that I did not return the product. And the harassing phone calls have begun, they happen several times a day, and include a punky gay guy swearing and yelling at me, I confess I do return the favor happily. He asked me for proof of my return delivery, I asked him for proof of initial delivery, to which he replied that he doesn't have to provide it to me. This guy is the same guy who sold me on the 90 free trial of the product early on that weekend morning, and this is the same guy who I had spoken to a year earlier when they first began to harass me claiming no payment when the trial wasn't even over. I assume a family run business, I can't see anyone keeping someone on with such an enormous attitude.

So, I am about to have this put on my credit. Very unfair. I did return the product after several exchanges with them via phone and letters. I find the entire way of falsely advertising a free 90 day trial, cold calling in the early weekend hours, poor customer service, the unwillingness to provide proof of their original delivery to me, all of this I find extremely discouraging to any consumer.

It is unfair that because of them and their poor ethics, my credit will take a beating. I, of course, will fight this, but I wanted to post my complaint on as many sights as possible so that no one else gets fleeced by this horrible company.

Avoid this company at all cost. Extremely poor business ethics, and one of the worst customer service representatives that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
