Plymouth Direct, Inc. I was double-billed for the product TAG AWAY. I ordered one ,would receive one free bottle, for around $30. They charged me for 4 products totaling almost $60. Very deceptive system. Impossible to Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I ordered Tag Away from Plymouth Direct, Inc.--ordered one bottle (to receive a "free" extra bottle) for $19.99 plus shipping, etc.--total around $30.  They double-billed me for almost $60.  I clearly did not order four as they claimed.  It was also impossible to talk with a real person to make the order.  This sounds like a deceptive system.  I'll follow up with my Discover Card to make sure they cancel this order.  I'm sure many people end up just paying for the double order to avoid the hassle.  Also the automative order system does not include the total price.  I discovered this by calling customer service after receiving a call from some shipping lady who asked for my deceased mother; apparently they had our names confused.  I called to correct the name on the account and only then found out my bill of $59.88, instead of $29.94.

I was double charged too by this company

I am fuming mad right now. I just got off the phone with Plymouth Direct and after talking to 3 employees, including a supervisor who was extremely rude, I continue to be double billed.

I placed an order with them and then noticed a few hours later that my account was double charged. I called Plymouth Direct to report this and the first person told me I ordered two items and that is why I was double charged (this is NOT true). They told me they cancelled both orders and I could go online and reorder if I wanted. I then checked my account only to discover that they only refunded one of the charges.

I called back and talked to to additional employees, including a supervisor, who were extremely rude and told me basically that I was lying and didn't have any charges on my account that weren't refunded. I offered to send a copy of my bank statement verifying that what I was saying was true and they conveniently told me they have no way of receiving this info. After getting quite heated and upset with this lady, she told me she was ending this call, thank you for calling Plymouth Direct, and hung up on me.

So....even though I got reimbursed for one of the double charges, I still have one charge of $30 on my account and a cancelled order, so I'm getting nothing for the $30.

I've since read all the complaints on this company and regret ever doing business with them in the first place.
