plymouth driect AKA BeActiveBrace made an order on my credit card Oct 5 never recieved the order then tired calling and emailing but everytis is fake Just want to spread some advice about a add on TV about the BeActiveBrace for sciatica and back pain the phone number they advertise is a sex line lol and the number on their web sight is a WalMart. you won $100 scam and the customer service number is Expedia booking trips and the email is fake too haaaa very frustrating but the sight will take your orders and credit card really and then you never get what you ordered nor can you reach anyone so beware... Its a scam....but why is the TV still running this add? How many more adds on TV is a Scam lol really is this what the media has come too? North Wales Pennsylvania

I ordered two braces from BeActiveBrace Oct 5,2014 for $55.89 it was promised in two weeks a month went by I checked on my order BeActiveBrace said contact customer service at plymouth direct they were handling . I called the number they gave me was put on hold then they hung up immediatly hmmm called four more times same thing waited a day called again no answer so I emailed plymouth. 2 days later email came back as error not right email so I emailed BeActiveBraceagain got it back error not right email but I emailed them once and got an asnswer hmmm so then the commercial came on again called the number advertised 1-800-386-6746 it was a "sex hot line". shocked I went to the web site for BeActiveBrace hmmm different phone number 1-800-589-9221 I called it it was "congrands you have one a $100 gift card for Wal Mart" really so then I went to customerservice for plymouth found the number for them and it was "Expidia travel book your flight"  crap. Im pissed by now I posted all over Face Book about their scam and sent email to my local news withmy reciept and everything they are investigating it and will get back with me. so then I emailed the TV Channels I saw the commercial on FX and Hallmark, Hallmark responded and is investigating also I found FX on Face Book and posted there too to make sure everyone sees it so they dont get scammed out of their money too and the commercial is still running and they are still taking orders people will never get from their credit cards. so yes Im upset I live on SSA very low income had to go without meds in Oct to order this scam brace love social media it will go world wide
