Charles Timmons, facing criminal charges of theft by deception, has no alternative but to settle with me. Certainly, I will probably have to cease posting info about him and the others he employees. However, just because he will not be charged because of the settlement, that makes him no less a criminal. Is that someone you want to work with? A "slick" attorney, an inept Upper Merion Police Department and an end to my resolve (prompted by a cash payment) are all that stand in the way of this guy being charged with a crime. Think about it. The situation being "resolved" does not change the facts.
