PNC Mortgage does not process loan modification documents for homeowners as required by law. PNC Bank, PNC Mortgage does NOT follow Federal and State Finance practices. They have not mailed documentation they are required to send for the loan modification process. PNC has falsely said I would qualify for a loan modification on three separate occasions. PNC has also NOT responded to OCC request for documents inregard to this case. PNC has also FALSIFIED documentation and lied to Washington State Attorney General's offce. PNC wants to forclose because FHA will pay them for the loan PLUS they recieve money at auction! So PNC will be paid TWICE for the same house!
The first time I requested a hardship request, hardship reason, loss of income, they said that I would only qualify for a workout packet (hardship loan modification) if I was four months behind on my mortgage, I kept seeing all the federal commercials hearing about the loan modification loans to help prevent foreclosure from TV commercials. [continued below]....
..... I called again they said;" I would have qualified if I was four months behind and the program just expired." I knew that was untrue. I kept hearing people recieving loan modifications from other banks. I now know that at four months they can start forclosure proceedings.
I called back at a later time and requested the loan modfication information after waiting on hold for one hour and forty-five minutes, they lady explained the options that I would qualify for, based on my hardship which was loss of income, I had to request the documents be sent to me and they sent me barely readable, lousy copies of their loan modification workout packet, no disclosures, no fax numbers or point of contact, I filled in all the information and mailed the documents they asked for.
PNC said, "you don't have enough money to pay your creditors," I replied I know I need the loan modification so you will accept a partial payment from me, I just need a few months to catch up." I had sent in partial payments and they took out fees that had not been accrued and "other" fees and mailed the remainder back. I called back at another time checking on the status and the woman said yes we received it and it takes 6-12 weeks, we will let you know, I asked why so long and if she could tell me anything and she said you should qualify under one of the programs and we will let you know when to start sending partial payments and when we can start accepting them. Then about a month later I recieved a letter, five days after it was written, requesting more documentation so I called PNC and they told me the loan modification requested had been closed out on that date of the letter!!!! and to reapply for the process all over again. No reason was given for the denial of the hardship request.
Second time I requested a loan modification the woman said, "I would save $80 a month if I did the modification." so I completed the workout packet as they call it and sent in all required documentation. I had just started a second job and called her to let her know I needed the fax number to send the documentation in, I received NO response. I left her several messages letting her know I had the job offer letter and paystub and I wanted to get it to her quickly, yet again I did not receive a response. I called the general number to speak to someone else and got the run around and still no fax number, no answers until a month later, she called me to let me know the modification was denied, I said you didnt accept my income documentation, she stated," the investors denied your request." I asked why and NO reason was given.
