Pocono Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Ripoff, Dishonest Fraudulent Billing, Stay Away, Scam Artist, The Receptionist Is Part Of Their Scam! East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania

Pocono Heating, Air conditioning and Plumbing LOCATED IN EAST STROUDSBURG PA came to my house on 12/12/05 to repair my heating unit. In less than 3 minutes the technician changed a fuse and the unit was up and running.

He then gave me a bill for $598.62 and demanded cash. I asked him why the bill was so high for just replacing a fuse. He began screaming at me. I became very scared and closed my front door.

I called Carrier the maker of my heating unit, while I was on hold the technician began banging very loud on my door screaming to the top of his lungs.

I opened the door and he said if I do not pay him cash he will disconnect my heating unit and I will not have any heat. Indeed thats what he did.

At this point I began video taping him disconnecting the unit, he left the unit apart.

I called the his office to speak with Steve, Barbara answered the phone and told me Steve was not in. I asked her if she can call the Tech and have him return to my home and put my unit back together. Barbara hung up the phone on me. I called back at least 3 times when she heard my voice she hung up.

As I write this letter, I have 2 small kids and a 5 month old puppy in my house and it is 36 degrees and we are freezing.

Please do not use this company even if your life depended on it.
