Company has a hidden policy stating that the monthly rate is not prorated when not used as a full month paid. We are being charged for a full month when in fact they are only holding our container for 4 days and Pods.com refuses to credit us for the remaining 26 days that are not being used. They state that these terms are agreed to in the terms and conditions when in fact it is shown in the payment confirmation agreement sent after signing on.
