Pokerstars made my account go negative for no reason. They claim a $60 withdrawal was not taken out my bank account one month ago. Why would a company decide for 1 full month to pass and not credit the money towards the account, and 1 month later email you saying the withdrawal didn't go through?

Pretty shady.

Another shady thing is I asked them to send me a history of all deposits and they ignored my email.

What pieces of sh*t!

Here is the email they sent:
Hello,

Thank you for your email.

We are sorry about the situation in regard to Instant eChecks returns.

As stated in the automated email we sent you, we were unable to retrieve the
funds for your deposit from your bank account. This was a result of some
technical issues with our processor and was not something that resulted from
any actions that you made. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to
offer an ACH / eCheck service for deposits to your PokerStars account -
please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently working with our processors and legal team in order to
provide further options. Note that this does not affect other deposit
methods currently available to you.

Please note we are also reviewing the status of all recent Instant eCheck
deposits, and any items that were not successfully processed will be
returned and debited from players' accounts. For any transactions of yours
this affects, you will be notified via email of the details of the
transaction and the amount will be debited from your PokerStars account balance.

Our Deposit Assistance Department can offer you further assistance to find a
new deposit method that adjusts to your needs. Feel free to email us at
dad@pokerstars.com. If you would like to be contacted by telephone, please
include your number and a convenient time to call you. We can also offer you
the alternative to be contacted by Chat, if you would prefer so.

Additionally, we invite you to use any of the alternative deposit methods we
have available for you to use. Please feel free to visit our website to
review them:

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any other concerns, do not
hesitate to contact us back.
