PolaroidPolaroid Corporation I believe they knowingly sold defective tvs and are getting away with it Waltham Massachusetts

Bought a Polaroid 32" tv flm-323b model 3200 at WalMart. just under 2 years and now it won't turn on. just a plain black screen.

Had cable company out thinking it was the cable. That wasn't the problem.

Called Polaroid and they said out of warrenty. They said they would send me another tv just like mine, that they had remanufactured. The catch is that I would have to pay for the shipping (roughly $60.00) and pay them $260.00 up front on my credit card before they would do anything.

Keep in mind that they are giving me the great privlage of purchasing a tv that another consumer had the same problem with and charged them$260.00 for that same privalage that just keeps going.

For all anyone actually knows there are only a handful of people that purchased these tvs new. They are just making a fortune off the refurbished ones.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF
