After several ridiculous excuses for delaying the shipment They fail in shiping the whole ORDER.

Later on, even when they admited they did not have in stock the missed items at the moment of the shipment they refused to refund.

Since English is not my primary language, the store manager, Rob, made fun of my lack of communition skills and made me waste a lot of time with several imprecise emails

PCE failed in sending one of the items I bought from them and refused to refund.

PayPal could not solve it because Rob has a probe of shippment.  The shippment was sent but it was not complete.   Rob has a probe of making the shippment but not all the items I paid for were included in that shippment.

Rob now is threatening me about problems with an attorney. Rob is a trouble maker: PCE steal money from their costumers and later spend a lot of our time trying to make us to shut up.

Rob can go to eat a pizza with the money he already stole from me.  I wrote this report because I would like to avoid problems for possible future costumers who could lost money buying from this "company".

We have been in business for nearly 14 years serving nearly 200,000 customers during that time.
We have made mistakes and corrected the error to the satisfaction of a customer. W

We have NEVER done what this person is accusing our company---and me---personally---doing to them.

If we are out of stock of a product, the customer is notified before the order is shipped to inquire of how they want to hand the situation. Either wait for the item to arrive---or substitute it with another product and/or backorder the product at a later time.

Why would we charge someone for a purchase and never ship the product=----That person could always contend the purchase with their credit card company.

Finally, this person contends that we/ or I, made fun of them since they were not fluent in English.
This is ridiculous----as we ship to nearly 48 countries, and granted we are not fluent in other languages, there are methods that a customer can email their request and can be translated to English---so we can be of further assistance.

If the person who is making this false allegation would want to contact me directly---by all means.
I can only assume that somehow they might have been mis-interpreted, but never were they insulted by rude language, behavior.

We appreciate the opportunity to voice ourselves----at least I will provide our company name---
I just wish the person who is making this allegation would have the courage to do the same.

I will forward this on to our corporate attorney, for if this person does not retract their statement
the attorney will be in touch to take actions for liable and slander.
