I placed an order with Pond and Landscape Solutions, Inc. on 9-5-11. Began trying to contact their Customer Service two weeks later. They note that they can only be reached via email address. I have contacted them three separate times inquiring about my order. To date, no response. Cannot find a telephone number registered to this company.

If this person would like to contact us, I'm sure the problem was already resolved - most likely with a credit to their credit card - however, we have no idea who this person is besides someone who simply wants to express bad comments about a company with no way to get in touch with them - nor update the complaint with the fact that the matter had been resolved.
