If you are not a customer of this business, I would suggest you shut your mouth and mind your own business. Why don't you drop off one of your loved ones with this two-faced crazy Romanian woman. You wouldn't dare, but you sure want to stick your nose in the wrong places for what...? Financial gain...?

You were probably enticed and tricked into writing a bunch of nothing just for a few hundred dollars. Stop trying to fluff things up and make this hell-hole of a business appear nice and innocent.

Or perhaps your a placement agent and have been ripping this place off with your overpriced fee. First month of whatever the customer is paying goes to you, right...? Kick rocks and go some place else. Ohh and Mind Your Own Business.

This business keeps, hires and supports illegals from eastern europe. They defraud the immigration system with lies and manipulation on the Visa Applications just to come here and work without permission. So why would you want a loved family member to be placed and left with some complete strangers that are manipulators and liars watching over the ones you supposedly care for...

Their Visa Applications don't state that they will would like to come to the United States and work for the entire 6 month Visa approval at Ponderosa Trails Adult Family Home. Zamfira should be jailed for allowing this to take place at this location and with this business. 

Anyone who supports this place, by placing your family member here at Ponderosa Trails should be ashamed. 

I am not a customer of this business.  I was researching it for a possible future placement of a senior citizen.  What I notice in the above report is that it seems to be nothing more than a rant.

What I took away from reading this is the writer was somehow upset at the business.  I read the article and re read the article and found no specific allegations of wrong doing on the business part.  

I also notice the writer did nothing to communicate whether or not they approached the business with whatever they were upset about in order to give the business an opportunity to change and or to correct anything that was not in alignment with the reporting consumer.

In conclusion:

This review is worthless and provides me, the prospective customer, with nothing more than an irritating read.

I consider the above complaint invalid.  As a prospective customer, I find myself wanting to take the time to write this rebuttal so that others may also scrutinize the previous article as nothing more than an ambiguous rant.
