Pool Deals ordered a spa motor 5 weeks ago, they don't answer e-mails or the phone, took the money though Niagra Falls New York

I ordered a spa motor 5 weeks ago. I have sent 17 e-mails to customer service. They do not respond to any of them, and the phone number is always busy. They took the money though.
