This company has a great sales pitch and a great website. They failed to live up to both though. I signed up for their service in May. I had to call almost every week for service. When they didn't come one week I was promised a credit which I never received. I canceled my service in September after only 4 months with them. They did not charge me for October. They then charged me in November! Even though they hadn't come in a month. I called numerous times and they promised it was credited. The money is still not in my bank account. I have filed a complaint with consumer services. They are horrible. They are always pleasant on the phone with you but could care less about helping you and simply wash their hands. I think they hope you will go away and they can keep your money. Don't fall for their great sales pitch and be persistent about refunds you are due.
