We purchased a pool from Pool Town April of last year. Shortly after install, the pump started leaking. We made an appointment with them of which they didn't show.

I ended up driving to N. Austin to get the piece and put it on myself. They actually wanted me to drive to them and bring the bad piece back to them. I still got it. The pool was installed over rocks. You could feel them easily with your feet. Now the liner has so many wrinkles in it that our underwater pool cleaner won't go over them. It hangs up on top of them.
