Pool Zone is a RIP Off company Grand Island New York

I purchased a 24ft 12gauge solar pool cover from Pool Zone and what I received was bubble rap.  It was so light and did not heat up my pool.  When I called to complain they were very rude.  There are no refunds, but I wanted to get another product, but it's impossible to talk to someone with any decency to discuss the problem.  They have a ticket site, but they never send you your ticket number so you can respond to your complaint.  Do not use this company. They are very deceitful. Deceptive advertising, also known as false advertising, refers to a manufacturer's use of confusing, misleading, or blatantly untrue statements when promoting a product. Advertising law will protect consumers from deceptive advertising through the enforcement of specific legislation.
