I bought from PoolDeals a 15 X 30 pool liner and a 1.5 hp pool pump. Three weeks later the pool liner did arrive but was the wrong size. I NEVER DID RECEIVE THE POOL PUMP. I filed with my credit card company and they recovered $294 and change. They did put the money back into my checking account.
Well, Mr. PoolDeals had the audacity to dispute the claim and my check account plans to give back the money to pool deals. In other words, I am paying this crook for a product that was the wrong size and also paying for a pool pump that I never received. I will not let him get away with this. I am going to hire a lawyer (even if it costs me more that I will ever recover), report this crook to the New York BBB and New York Attorney Generals Office.
