Popeyes Chicken long wait to be treated like a begger Wichita Falls Texas

After waiting with several others for app.20 minutes who had ordered before me and watching others come inside and recieve their orders first i asked to talk to the manager which he declined to come to the front,after waiting another 15 minutes a Jason or Justin appeared and asked,and i quote "what do you need".I explained my displeasure in what had occurred and only then did i get the order i had paid for 30 minutes earlier,i commented to him that he should comp my meal or make it right, and he responded by telling me,"we are not going to give you free food sir"Well at that point in my eyes they had screwed up and they should have made it right,I dont know why they have a number to call to complain, because when i called they blew me off just like he did,i will never eat there again,and im sure the others that were treated in the same manner that day wont eat there either,what ever happened to customer service?
