Mr. Marshall Fields (aka) Mr. William Phillips continues to engage in serious fraud by promising huge returns on Precious and Semi-Precious gemstones at incredibly inflated prices within a very closed market. Telling potential buyers that he will re-broker his products to his client base at any time requested. When that day comes, he will deny you that opportunity and create any story to keep you stuck with his near worthless products.

When asked about customer references, he will create fake names or lead you astray and prevent you from making any contact with references. He certainly doesn't want you to discover the nature of his rip-off.

I have reached out to law enforcement, the leagl system and Federal Trade Commission without results, yet Mr. Marshall Fields continues to operate completely off-the-grid defrauding the unsuspecting public with his well crafted scam.

I have lost over $50,000.00 with this criminal and post this information to warn others of this scammer and his game.
