Portfolio Recovery, a debt collection agency, constantly calls my home phone number concerning "a debt that must be repaid." My credit report is free and clear of any past debts or delinquencies.

According to them, I have a $2600 student loan that has not been paid since 2006. My financial aid report from the Department of Education indicates that all my student loans were consolidated in 2006 and that it is being repaid on schedule.
