Sent certified Letter to them regarding Fair Debt Collections Practices Act asked them to not contact me further. Then They called my parents in alabama and call daily. No more letters received since last year when they signed for the certified mailing. They have my address and won't send anything in writing now. But now told my mom and dad I owed a bill that my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy covered at 0%. Is ourtrageous. I am sending this information to my bankruptcy attorney and thinking just out of sheer embarrassment sueing them and the company they are collecting for. Be it small claims or larger will follow the advice of the attorney after she contacts them about this outrageous breach of the law.
