This company breaks every law the FDCPA has written. They call after hours. They threaten to file suit when they can not by statute. They continue to call after being told to stop calling. Please look up your rights!!! They can not call once you have told them to no longer call. They can not sue after the statute of limitations has expired. They are not even allowed to threaten it if they are not going to follow through. They can't call before 8am or after 9pm.

Always file a complaint with the Virginia Attorney Generals office. Also, file the same complaint with your state attorney general. These complaints can usually be made on line. that easy! When done filing those complaints, file with the FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Check to see if you can copy your complaint to the BBB as well.
