Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
A few months ago I received the first of what has become many phone calls saying that I owe $3153.32 in credit card debt dating back to 1986. I have tried to be polite but the calls are non stop and I am sick of it.
The phone number they are calling is not even under my name but my wifes and I have no idea where this came from let alone where they came up with my social number or address but it has to come to an end as it is starting to affect my personal life.
I have even gone as far of thinking to make them an offer of $500 just to have my life back but I have decided to fight to the bitter end and hope this will resolve the problem.

These bottom-feeders can't do anything to you. A 20 year od debt like thet falls under the statue of limitation to collect such a debt. Tell them to go to blazes. Send cease and desist letter. And say bye bye to them.

They cannot just call and demand that you pay them money. Even if it was your debt - Its legally uncollectible... Out of statute of limitations.
They have to first provide proof that the debt is yours. THEY CANNOT DO THIS
SEND THEM A DEBT VALIDATION LETTER AND CEASE COMMUNICATIONS LETTER.
Certified Mail - Return Receipt
This company is a KNOWN FDCPA Violator and if they cannot collect from you, they will file a 1099 IRS income document against you (illegally of course)

If You do not owe any money then do not send them a dime . The next time they call do not answer the phone. You might want to put a block on all thier phone #s
