Portland Badminton Club Ralph Cervantes Horrible Customer service, rude and threatening owner Hillsboro Oregon

Dealing with Ralph when you want to quit the membership is a horrible nightmare. He makes you take an appointment with him only on Fridays after 7PM. When I told him it was a bad policy to make customers having to come physically on a Friday evening after 7pm, he blabbered non-stop about how good his policy was and how I had a bad judgment. I told him it was the customers' right to judge his customer service and that I was going to do so on review forums, upon which he raised his voice, pointed his finger at me and threatened to take me to court for "slandering". He has made the process of cancellation unnecessarily hard and he is extremely rude when you want to cancel. He is unprofessional and his customer service is the most horrible. He makes it hard for customers so that they'd forget to cancel on time and so he could charge them for the next cycle. He makes the members sign a contract which has a clause that he can change the club policies anytime and those amendments automatically get carried forward. Then he goes ahead and make ridiculous club policies such as "cancellations can only be done through appointments on Friday evenings after 7 PM". 

This guy is a ridiculous business owner and has no respect for customers whatsoever. On top of that, he has got no credits. At best, he is just an intermediate player and doesn't have good techniques to teach. He sweet talks when one joins the club, but gets upset and rude when you want to quit. 

Portland badminton club is a sub-standard facility with no heating/cooling. There are no showers, and there's only a single restroom. The lighting is not adequate. The membership is heavily over-priced comapred to the best gym facilities.
