DO NOT BUY from this store!!

For the love of GAWD! They will take your money and NOT deliver product. 

Look at the store front on Etsy dot com, and check their feedback if you want to read more. I have never seen so many negatives or neutral feedback on Etsy in my life. 

They do not deliver the products, after contacting them 5 times you may finally get the order after MONTHS of contacting them, and when you do get it, the product has gone bad and the scents are nothing like described anymore because of the length of time you're waiting for them. :/ To think Etsy still allows them to continue to sell on their with over 200 negative feedback, says a lot about Etsy themselves. Out of 2000 feedback- 141 of it negative, and 159 is neutral. Disgusting! 

STAY AWAY-Go to another shop to buy from!

Here is a couple of remarks, copy and pasted from their feedback. [continued below]....

-Ordered over two months ago and I have yet to receive it.

-Took too long to receive! then just stuck in a box with no shipping padding...luck it wasn't bad as it was packed. Bad way to do business!

-Not Happy!....Had to write to remind the seller that the item hadn't shipped...and no reply to my messages ?.then it was just stuck in a box with NO Padding!

-Received wrong items, contacted seller but still have received no response after a week... very disappointed. Was really excited to give this as a gift.

-A little smaller than I expected; as I have no inherent idea of what an oz is, the photo isn't really representative of the product.

Portland General Store recently had their account/shop on Etsy closed.
They are now reopened under ANOTHER shop, to pull a quick one with customers!!

Hello! I'm the owner of PGS and stumbled on this ripoff report by accident!

I disagree that PGS is a ripoff -- we are a legitimate small company that makes skincare products in small batches. I have tried to figure out what customer wrote this, as for one, we don't sell much on etsy anymore and are actually moving away from using them, and I've only had three Canadian customers in the past month, all of whom have been happy with their experience except one that had given the wrong address, and I just resent their item.

Regarding negative and neutral feedback, that largely occurred during one Christmas two years ago when we were not prepared for the number of orders received and I had two infants and the flu so I got terribly behind. All customers who didn't receive their goods were refunded or resent items if they preferred. We have since improved management, moved, and hired an assistant, and if you look at current feedback, you will see that it is positive. It's called growing pains -- what happens when a small mom & pop company suddenly sees dramatic growth; it has happened with many successful companies.
