Posis Transmission Kieth Reynolds Customer beware...Guy is a flat out professional liar and thief Owosso Michigan

I took business to this Kieth Reynolds.  I agreed to pay him per transmission that he built.  I also agreed to send him business for a small commission.  Not only did he not pay me my commission, he also stole exactly 6 cores from me 2 of which arent even mine and belong to sedes auto repair.  He also lied and said 8 sets of rear planets to boxes of clutches, over 10 rebuild kits were his when they belonged to me.  He took all the aluminum in and said it wasnt worth anything.  Then when I decided I didnt want to work with him any more he stole my brothers parts washer .....Its a felony and worth more then $5300.00 that he has been using for free and wants to charge us for electricity .....We didnt even use it for us he used it for himself.  Watch out.  this guy is a slick criminal.  He also built 6 transmissions for me, only 4 of the 6 worked.  I had the customer for 1 of them bring his vehicle in Kieth charged him $500.00 and said the damage was in the transmission and blamed it on me, but I paid him to build it he is the builder so he just lied to the customer.  After he redid it the customer still has problems with the transmission and Kieth says its not his fault.  Buyer or customer beware.  This guy is probably going to jail soon.
