I paid monthly to use the post affiliate pro software for my affiliates. I was new and never used this software before so I planned on really trying to give this a chance even though I was very unhappy with thier service as they took several days to reply to emails and never gave answers they only send you to a blog to read further instructions which is not what i consider customer support which is what the monthly fee is really for. Otherwise I would have just saved myself $100 and bought the software with no support offered. So by the 5 month they completly stopped answering my email inquiries, they actually locked my account and at this point I had over 250 affiliates depending on this to earn money and wer all locked out. Post affiliate Pro however still took my money through paypal at the beginning of the month and provided no serice. They have left my business in shambles to where I had to literally change the entire affiliate program and buy an entire whole other software (glad I did) becasue the new software is so much easier to do and offers way more anyways. However, these horrible scam artists stole my money and basically destroyed my business and my affiliate program. If anyone is contemplating using them I suggest you think twice and instead go with IDEV affiliate like i have now. Beware of qaulity unit or post affiliate pro. I found a mountain of similar complaints on the web and found out from other sources that all good reviews on the web about post affiliate pro were put on there by their company and are not really real reviews.

Hi. I would like to defend both Post Affiliate Pro and Quality Unit. I am an employee at Quality Unit and I work as a support agent. There is 10 of us who work with our clients. We offer not only email support, but also online chat support and phone support. I do not understand why you did not contact us online to point out we are late in answering your emails. We do our best to reply all email as soon as possible and in most cases it is less than 24 hours. I do not believe we stopped answering you. The only thing which I can think of is that our messages ended up in your spam box, for some reason.

Our support agents send most of customers to our knowledgebase where most of general questions are answered and described. There are articles about setup and troubleshooting, that is why my colleagues sent you those links. If you wanted a more personal approach you could have asked for it, it's not a problem for us.

There is another false information - that we locked your account and then billed you. If an account is locked, it means payment was stopped or cancelled. You provided no details so I do not believe you, I am sorry. If you tell me your account name, we can check it. You can either post it here or you can directly contact our live chat and we will check it with you, online! Even something like this would happen, we always refund our customer who are billed in error! If this is your case, just let us know your invoice ID.

I do not find any details in your complaint, no name, no account details, nothing... It looks more like a promotion of iDev. And you are right that there are similar complaints, but unfortunately they all are made by the same few people who are spamming all around.
