POST OAK COLLISION CITY WIDE COLLISION LIARS, THIEVES, IDIOTS HOUSTON, Texas

I was in a car accident 8 weeks ago, and my truck was towed to Post Oak Collision, and I still do NOT have my truck. I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 with barely a 100,000 miles on it. I've NEVER had any engine problems with my truck. I rear-ended another truck and was towed to this location.

I signed what was EXPLAINED to me as a tow receipt. This was on a Friday afternoon; the adjuster came out the following Tuesday and looked at the vehicle and gave his update on it. The next Friday was the day my husband and I went to sign the authorization for them to start the work on it. We didn't know at the time, but they had already told my adjuster that we had given them the authorization to do the repairs on our truck. LIARS!!

They told us it would take 3 weeks. I had 35 days allotted for my insurance to pay for my rental, I stayed on them saying my rental was almost up. I kept asking how much longer would it take. They told me it would be ready on a Friday (4 weeks later); it wasn't ready.

Then it was supposed to be ready on the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... I FINALLY get a phone call, saying that my truck was NOT ready and had to be towed to Northwest Dodge. Friday I go up to Northwest Dodge after I received a phone from Post Oak Collision telling me that my fuel system is going to have to be repaired.

I talked to the manager at Northwest Dodge and they showed me the fuel that was taken out of my tank. It had algae in it from not running. They also pointed out that after my truck had been painted someone at Post Oak had added fuel.

Post Oak Collision then tells me they are going to FILE the repairs to the fuel system that they ruined on MY insurance, because it is MY fault that fuel system is ruined! I was also told that my truck is old and worn out. While everyone knows a diesel will last 400,000 miles! Especially, since the truck is maintained meticulously!

My adjuster came out and took a look at everything and spoke to Northwest Dodge, and it was determined that my truck needs more repairs due to it sitting at Post Oak Collision for MORE than a month! It was also pointed out the work that was done was by far the WORST job ever. Not only is the fuel system ruined the cable to make the truck accelerate was never put on.

Post Oak Collision's excuse, they weren't finished, they didn't have enough time. They had my truck for OVER a month and they were NOT finished. Now they are refusing to pay for the damage, and they are refusing to give me their garage keeper's policy information, so I can make the claim on their insurance; which is illegal.

Yousef (the owner), told me he would pay $500.00 to the repairs at Northwest Dodge, when as of now we are sitting at 1650.00, not too mention that they haven't figured out which of the injector's are going to need replacing. Those are $1700.00 a piece; I have 6 of them in my truck...

I had to get a lawyer and I am going to sue them. My insurance agency is now looking into the repairs that were supposedly done to my truck, because they think they are involved in insurance FRAUD!

 They were paid $6000.00+  to fix my truck, and not only was the truck NOT completed the work is horrible!! They were supposed to pay for my rental since they went over the allotted time, and now they are REFUSING to pay. They won't pay Northwest Dodge, and Northwest Dodge will NOT ever allow another of their vehicles to come there.

They had the nerve to say that I still owe them $800.00 for work they did NOT complete! I told them I will NOT pay them a penny.

Do NOT ever use this company! The owner is an idiot, liar, fraudulent, has the reputation from several dealerships that they do NOT pay their bills. We have a lawyer, and if anyone else is interested in giving me their horror stories; by all means leave me a message on here! I am pulling their reviews to present to my lawyer, so they will know what kind of shoddy business this is!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS, THIEVES, AND IDIOTS! THEY ARE LAZY AND IGNORANT MORONS!!
