Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
RIP OFF for sending UPS and Fed Ex I used to like this place, but I will never return.
I calculated my Fed Ex as $60, but when I went in to the store they wanted to charge me $85!!
So I decided to calculate a UPS package that I sent from there the day before and they upcharged me $47 for a $70 shipment!

It seems that this "Seeworthy" character trolls ROR and posts nonsense to anything to do with a shipping service, especially UPS.
Did you ever hear the phrase "perception is reality"??
Even when a customer is wrong in your eyes, under the rules of doing business that customer is always right.
Therefore, if a customer percieves an injustice, there usually is one, or one that will be talked about even if you do not agree with it. (You really are not the final authority on everything)..
Get a grip.
(And a job).

That shipping business that uses both FedEx as well as UPS has a 'convenience' mark up. Even if you didn't realize it does not make it right to complain about that business. If it's not too inconvenient, use another shipping business that has genuine rates. Both The UPS Stores and FedEx Office have real shipping rates. There has to be a The UPS Store in your city. The concept of convenience and real UPS rates is hard to beat. FedEx Office (used to be Kinkos, then Fedex Kinkos) is doing that to follow UPS too.

It's an expensive convenience but not a rip off. Some people are willing to pay for the convenience of not going to the post office or a UPS Store.
