Poster Pass deceptive prices and they are thieves and they lie Evanston Internet

husband wanted to test golf clubs,in in offer you had to order posters.cheap enough for $2ea. charge goes thru check account,charge is $34,called immediately to cancel order customer service no problem 11/1/07.looked daily.today the charge went thru from debit card.called again and talked with nate,who informed me they shipped,asked why when i cancelled within a 5min time frame.he kept saying they shipped and i then told him the state attorney general would like to hear from me as to the theft being commited by this company.he said he was sending me an e-mail saying the $34 would be returned to my account within 3-5days. mailman arrived with posters.they had no intention of giving me a refund on 11/1/07.i also told him my daughter heard the whole conversation with his customer service on day of order when i cancelled.it will cost me to send the posters back and i still believe that this is theft plain and simple.
