Postmates Fleet Ripped Off. I was in a wreck while on a shift. They did not reimburse me. They also took away all my shifts and left me stranded. Phoenix Arizona

I worked for Postmates for five weeks. I got up at 4:00 a.m. and worked until 11:00 p.m. everyday, otherwise they acted abusively and suspended me for not overworking. I also had lung fluid running up and down my lungs. In my fifth week I was crashed into by an uninsured motorist and my car was totalled. I was devistated and injured. My insurance covered some of the loss, but Postmates did not offer to cover any of my expense rather they continued to make me work in a rental car and suspended my activity when I could not work 15 to 18 hours in a row again.

They were abusive and I actually started to starve. They wouldn't even allow me breakfast one morning after working five shifts in a row all the hours they needed. Regardless, when I went to speak to them about my auto they blew it off. I was also testing at the university and they didn't understand, even though they promised when they hired me I could choose my own hours. That was not true. As time went on I got sick from inhaling really bad toxins in Phoenix air and from driving a car that was not equipted for lung capacity. 

Worst off, is I lost my car in a wreck and they would not rehire me after I needed some time off from too many hours of driving, a personal injury, and lung sickness. They were rude where they should have understood. I was not offered workmans comp or insurance for my vehicle. I think working at Postmates cost me over $20,000.00 in damages. I now owe money and my insurance sky rocketed. They ruined a good person, who is physically fit, healthy, and sane. I am a psychologist. They never warned when they did their onboarding about dangers associated to driving for Postmates. They did not make me sign a waiver. They literally have no rules and don't care whether we die or wreck. 

Again, this job is a serious rip off. I opened a class action law suit in case anyone else wishes to sue them. Feel free to respond to this ad, and I will promptly get you to my attorneys where they will fight for at least some reimbursement for pain and suffering, property loss, and damages. 

Again, what a rip off. I don't even know whether the attorneys will win if there is not enough human beings to fight. So, if you have a complaint do contact me.
