The corporate customer relations officer contacted me personally via telephone and e-mail to resolve the situation on 03/26/15. We were given a new seat cover the next day (03/27/15). I am happy with the outcome and will continue to patronize Pottery Barn Kids if only their transactions run this smoothly every day. Also, I was not aware that the delayed shipping times was due to port strikes. I was just made aware of this from the corporate customer relations officer.
