Poulsbo RV Ripoff from Poulsbo rv Kent Washington

We purchased a 40 ft. Class A RV in May and once the paperwork was completed we were told it needed to have some repairs and be checked by their Techs. and would be ready in a week. Once they inspected the coach, they informed us that it would not be ready until the end of June. We informed them that we had a vacation planned with two of our Grandkids and that impacted other summer plans they had. Poulsbo RV told us it would be ready for our vacation.

We picked up the coach and the four of us hit the road, only to find out that there were extensive safety issues and major problems with the coach. Some of the issues include, but not limited to, the following; Driving lights not working properly, windshield wipers did not work resulting in having to pull of the side of the road with emergency flashers that did not work, refer door fell off, toilet froze and not able to use, power switch for hot water did not work, air brake switches to slow the coach did not work and we burned brakes as we declined Snoqualmie pass, stove did not work, Recliner chair was broken and the couch ended up needing to be replaced.

We informed Poulsbo RV about the air brake switches in July. We were told that their Techs. looked at the switches and that they worked fine, if they were used in tandem. I informed them (in July) as to how the switches should work independent of each other and after they checked again, they told us that it needed to be taken to Freightliner to have the switches repaired. It is now November and since that is our only home we have been stuck in Motels and restaurants. We are still waiting for them to be repaired, it's now Nov. 5th.

Due to their negelience, we have been forced to spend thousands (approx. $5,000.00) out of our pocket to live. Aditionally, we have been displaced from our home and we are paying for insurance and RV payments for a home we can not use.

Our advice....DO NOT BUY AN RV FROM POULSBO RV.
