Powell Equipment, Powell, Tennessee REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY LAWN MOWER WHEN I WANTED TO PAY UP WHAT I OWED AND LET SOMEONE ELSE FIX MY MOWER Powell Tennessee

Took lawn mower in to get it fixed as the belt needed replacing. 

Got a call that the mower needed a blade and gave the ok to do so and was told item would be done that day and to pick up on Saturday.

Saturday morning went to pick up lawn mower after owner refused my input on MY lawnmower that I owned and used for years.  Apparently, he didn't like to get an answer to the question he gave me about MY lawn mower.

Then he started yelling at me on the phone and said he knows more about lawn mowers that I ever would.  I said to him, Whoever said I knew a lot about lawnmowers, you asked me a question and I told you from a cold start, this is what you have to do?"  Talk about his passive aggressive nature, not a good job if you own the business and NEED money.  Maybe he doesn't and he's keeping the business to have someone to aggravate other than his wife/girlfriend.

Go to pick up the lawn mower and he's trashing my name with the man that came to pick up my lawn mower as I walked in--bad news to keep customers and equally bad since I'm paying the tab.

Anyway, to make a very long story short, the owner MOUTHED OFF to me and I gave it back to him.  Being an obvious woman hater, he threatened to call the police to have me thrown out--what nerve, he can dish it out but he can't take it and then REFUSED to give me back my lawn mower when I was willing to pay up what was owed at that juncture.
