I just finished listening to John Russell report. There is too many statements that are way off base.

Iam a member of MREA (Midwest Renewable Energy Association) which is base in Custer, WI.

John Russel seems to be more of a con artist. I would bet he is not an electrician.

From PV-classes at MREA I have learned to sized a PV systems, installations, cost estimating, hire a Certified PV Electrician for final connections, what qualifies for cash rewards & State tax credits.

PV panels have to be from manufactures with the proper ratings to get cash rewards or state credit!

Plus must have an approved PV Master Electrician also for any rebates.

Power 4 home The Progran sent to me is the same as other complaints I've read, Co. claims you'll be getting a Dvd and MANUALS so that you can build these panels and windmills and all I 've got is this CD, North Oaks, Minnesota
