Brian Hedmann referred Joe Ricupero, RSS Contracting, RCON Construction. Joe is unlicensed and uninsured. Joe does not have a City of Toronto general contractor license, no ESA site license, no ESA inspection report, no Ontario licensed plumbing report, no drawings, no insurance, no construction permit. 

Brian gave me a $50000 mortgage and Joe. 

Joe completed the renovation work after 4 1/2 months and I was very happy with the work until Labour Day when I got 2 buckets of water and one wash basin full when my tenant took a shower and every time after that. Joe finally got a licensed plumber to do the work after 4 months. A licensed plumber told me that he would require $570 to do the work and as a result of Joe's work, both the kitchen faucets upstairs and downstairs are broken. $180 each if faucet is purchased by me. $350 in the upstairs washroom to break through a wall to fix the faucets. 

An electrical contractor came by yesterday and checked Joe's electrical work and showed me Joe's many live wires in the basement and said that my house is now a death trap for me and my tenants due to Joe's work and that it will take $3000 to fix. 

I don't know what the nature of Brian and Joe's relationship is, but Brian sent me Joe around Dec 15 2010 and when he came by to inspect the house Saturday, he was still trying to get Joe into the house to finish connecting the ventilation system for the stove and finishing the painting in the hall and tidying up the drywall he put back on my kitchen ceiling.

Also Brian told me that he would pay off my VISA when doing the consolidation, which he failed to do. The bank had to give me a loan.
