Dear Sir,

I am writing to discuss the contract that KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS signed with Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Dt. 1^st Sept. 2014 for North India Region. We are KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS the north India zone as a Master Distributor of Power Horse Energy Drink & related FMCG Products appointed by Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Mentioned in the 1.A Clouse of Legal Status in the Contract. KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS appointed the distributors in various part of the north zone states on behalf of Kalshan Distributor’s face value according to the commitments/mutual agreement with Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Well we can give up. In fact, viewed from outside, there is a strong perception that that is what we have already done.

In the first phase of Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. marketing strategy, the marketing team director promised to implement all the marketing strategies in the North India Market as per mutual agreeable conversation with KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS & Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd., but KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS didn't get any kind of sales support from Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. From last one year. We are associated and working in the market from last one year dt. 1^st Sept. 2014 but Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. fails to appoint the sales/marketing employees on Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Payroll for the north zone on mutable agreeable basis mentioned in the 5 Clouse of the Subject “DUTIES OF POWER HORSE” in Contract. We are requested to appoint Marketing/Sales Employees in New Delhi, Delhi NCR, Jaipur (RJ), Jodhpur (RJ) & Kangra (HP). Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Yet has not been given any mandate to hire Employees on Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Payroll.

Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Is libel to support in terms of advertising Material & other POP/POS Items to KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS & his region wise Sub – Distributors according to agreement, but being a time KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS is facing so many problems to sale out the stock due to lack of Stickers, Broachers, Pamphlets, Posters, Ten Cards, Bar-Mats, T-Shirts, Skirts, Footballs, Photo Frames, visi-coolers, etc. The support that Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd given to KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS has been very spotty. We again recall your attention to deliver or dispatch all the advertising material & other POP/POS material related to Power Horse Energy Drink that I reminded you again & again over WhatsApp Application dt. As follows:

We also dropped mail to Mr. Prashant Shah for Kalshan Distributor’s & there Sub-Distributors Minimum requirement of Advertising/promotional & POP/POS Items dt. 31^st Jan 2015 but Still KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS & there North Region Sub – Distributors didn't received any kind of Product Promotional/Advertising & POP/POS Material moreover didn’t received the list of available promotional/advertising materials which Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. supposed to deliver KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS according to agreement. We do have so many pending orders in the regions of North Zone which is requested by the Sub-Distributors and Retailers but can't able to fulfill their requirements due to lack of POS/POP Materials which the KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS is requesting from last couple of months. This is the fulcrum, the crisis point, the first “crunch”. Your actions, and collective actions, taken now, have an enormously magnified effect in the future.

Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Didn’t mail us the with full details of Promotional/Advertising Materials & POP/POS Items that are related to Power Horse Energy Drink till now.

Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Promised & libel to give the Power Horse Branding Scorpio Cars & with fitted freezer & Honda City by the end or before of April’s First Week of 2015 for the North India Region to KALSHAN DISTRIBUTORS as per so many mutual verbal conversations last promised by Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. but still the Company is failed to give us.

The Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. Company is liable to fulfill the commitments with my chain distributors which I made and appointed on behalf of Power Horse India Pvt. Ltd. for Power Horse Energy Drink and related FMCG products in the regions of North Zone accordingly.
