Texas Auto Shipping provided services to Power Motors over a year ago and although we have made numerous request for payment (invoices, letters, phone calls) we were never paid.

We have verified with each individual customer that Power Motors (Sebastien) collected the money for shipping from the customers on behalf of Texas Auto Shipping. Those funds should have been forwarded to Texas Auto Shipping upon receipt and no later than completion of transport.

On more than one occasion during this process we were intentionally misled or lied to in order to postpone collection activities. Power Motors has done everything they can to avoid paying the amount due and also refused to pay a lower settlement amount. Because they have so adamantly refused to pay we believe Power Motors collected the money with the intent to keep it, therefore committing fraud.

Dishonesty is obviously not an issue with these guys, if they are willing to commit such an act against their vendor they are capable of the same or worse with a customer.
